Complete the IPLA (323 Questions)
The Innovative Public Leadership Assessment measures leadership competencies, governance philosophy, and decision-making orientation using validated Likert-scale methodology across 32 domains.
Assessment Is Scored
Responses are weighted and scored automatically. An overall competency band is assigned: Exemplary, Strong, Proficient, Developing, or Emerging.
Candidate Reviews Results
The candidate receives a private email with their full competency profile. Results remain private until the candidate explicitly approves publication.
Candidate Publishes (Optional)
When ready, the candidate clicks "Approve & Publish" via a secure, token-authenticated link. Their profile becomes publicly visible on the candidates page.
Voters Compare Candidates
Citizens can view published assessment profiles side-by-side. They see competency scores, leadership orientation traits, governance philosophy, and the candidate's own words in behavioral responses.
